my twig

this time around it was a little better than last month he really didn't do anything new just replace wat i already had and but on a new spring in the back .. i notice alot of movement with my canine that space is opening up nicely and dwon at the bottom also but that tooth is cuming up slanted and i think it's cause up the band alittle . the pain was bearable expect for we're the coil was that coil was really really tight it bothered me and coming down to the last part's of the month that tooth felt like a twig stuck in my gum i was soooo frustrated i have to hold through tell next month to see Wat harper has for me this time

opening or closing????

this time i got and new arch on the bottom with lops to rotate my canine. this is like the worst pain i had ever since i got braces in i got a power chain connected on to the left lower canine that needed some rotation. my second premolar on the left got to ligs in placed cause it's a bit snaggle into my gum and isn't at the right level it should be in so that was for extra strength. i also got 2 ligs on my first premolar on the right i see my gap is really opening up there cause the tooth is more visible now that how it was before my treatment started. on the top really wasn't much anything new my power chain from my left central incisor to my right canine was removed and both central incisors was given 2 ligs on them. my power from my left canine was't replaced again i really wanted a bracket on my shark teeth there but i guess there isn't enough space as yet i'm really angry cause that space looks pretty big and my shark teeth is now visible from the front view before it wasn't but now it is so i hope next time i go i will get in that bracket my arch wire wasn't not change this time because my 1st molar wasn't at the right level wither now i can say i'm feeling them touching one another perfectly to think about it that are the only teeth in my mouth that are touching one another like that it feels good. i got in pink and purple really don't know where those colors came out from but i like them so that's basically it for now keep moving brushing and flossing

power chains!!!!!

This month was a month of great expectation since i got the power chains in i was really excited to see my gap close but sadly it didn't i got 2 power chains on. 1 connecting from me incisor teeth to my right canine and the other form my left canine to my 1st left molar to close that extraction gap and to make space for the shark teeth i got in the back there. i also got a spring put in on the bottom to get sum space for the empacted teeth at the bottom not much was done on my bottom teeth but that. The space infront my teeth really closed up but not all the way i was expecting that to happen but i guess this thing take time to long for my liking i got a black arch wire this time not sure wat thats about but i know i was flying out ah the country dat exact day i guess it had something to do with dat but i don't know and when i was back in trini my bracket broke off the same day the left canine where the power chain was connected so i went in on the next day to get that fixed that was kinda good cause first there was 4 lops on the chain and now there is 3 so alittle more movement was good for me in that extraction space i'm surprise dat my teeth aren't hurting me badly cuz i know when powerchains are on it hurt like mad but i'm just lucky my mum says. i try to keep my teeth as clean as possible so maybe dats why. I got in the red wasn't sure what to get but was supporting my country's colors lol it was nice only 22 months and 2 weeks to go

so i went to get my molar bands placed in that was a very uncomfortable experience cause 3 molar bands fitted in just fine but my 1st molar on the to right hand side was very painful the band just didn't wanted to go in i remember the assistant saying this teeth just wanted to be difficult i was afraid that i needed to go back in spacers for another week cause it hadn't have enough space but there was it just that when my doc came he was like ''boy what big teeth you have'' lol thats the same thing most of my dentist tells me he tried the 33... i don't know what that was really but the 33 molar band and it still was not big enough so i had to get one custom made for me .. wow i'm special . the assistant was abit rough though cause she dented like 4 band before trying to fit them in and that hurt me abit but i got them in and i got my proper archwire in also i could feel the pressure he minute she start to put on my ligs but it was not unbearable cause i went and took a panadol and that was it for pain but i think that was a bad thing cause i have a feeling my teeth are just not moving now cause i'm so angry an entire month i need to have this one and no visible movement arg i think i'm watching it to much cause my bro and his gf both told me that they see a difference but i just dont see any. so i got the light blue it looks kinda good but i drank sum red wine i i think that discolored it almost instantly and i still have 2 weeks with this color so i'm really afraid of opening my mouth to make ppl see that .my molars are feeling really sore maybe because they are the only ones that are moving trying to fill all those big gaps that i now have in my mouth and i try to keep them especially clean but it like a whole tone of food just like to be there all the time i need to have my Christmas tree brush on me picking at them its kinda amazing the stuff that comes out my braces when brushing after a meal it's like did i eat that really??? huh . i really want to cut 6 months of my treatment so i want my teethes as clean as possible all the time so my teeth can move freely and perfectly i just dont understand how anyone with braces could withstand the need to keep their mouth clean seriously i just need to feel the freshness in my breath so i'm always brushing them so now is just for me to wait and see what next in my treatment

1 day till movement

ok i really have to clear some things up i haven't really gotten my '' quote on quote'' braces as yet actually i got the brackets on the front teeth the incisors and my second pre molars on the top but i haven't gotten any band on my molars and the bands is really used to anchor the braces so they actually put on a temporary wire on so no mevement is really there well at least i fine so but it still hurt and o couldnt of eaten any ting the first day and all now even though it is a temporary wire i can't bite into anything i bought a goddie you know the litte kiss cake thing and boy i tried to bite that one it was the worst my teeth really started to hurt me that day huh oh and i remeber the day of sin saturday well not really saturday but saturday night i chew gum that night eat a entire pack of burbon bistcuit and you know the custard thing then when i got home i sat and watch a movie with my mum and i eat some pop corn the 3rd thing on the list of things i cannot eat lol it was kinda funny because all those stuff really hurt me to eat but it taste sooo good and whats a movie wqith out popcorn huh usually i really dont eat anything hard at all and that's not really my choice its my mum's she actually controls my diet since i had put this thing on actually and that help alot cause i really don't want to loose any weight on the braces journey cause really i dont have that much size anyway what i'll be a match stick when i'm done i dont think so and it is really painless to think about it my braces really only hurt me on mournigsd when i now wake up maybe because i sleep on my tummy and alot of presure is on my mouth or face generally when i sleep so is when i wake up i have most of my braces pain ... my spacers really haven;t hurt me at all cause reading up on blogs and archwire and stuff i taught that my spacers would of been really annoying but to thing of it i really didn't feel my spcers for this entire two weels only when i was getting my braces on and i had to bite down on the rubber thing that suckup spit to ypur teeth dry when the braces is being places except for that time my spacers was more like visual annoyance than a physical one so i'm getting the bands on tommorow and maybe i might finally see some movement

wow finally the pain can start

well i got my braces to day and it was not painful really i got in light yellow i wanted cream but they we're out any ways i really just wanted it to match with my teeth really so i think it looks kinda good anyway let me explain how it was it took just about 1 hour to get every thing in i got my spacers in first then she put in my brackets on the front teeth and up to were the bands have to go in next 2 weeks it was generally painless but it is a bit discomforting because all kind of stuff is placed into your mouth i got this thing i had to bite down on in and this other thing to spread my lips apart during that time thoses lips got very very dry so when you're going for your make sure to put on lip bam cause it might crack when your done well i'll upload sum, pic for you to see i got my bag with was and a portable unmountable toothbrush my floss threaders and a timmer i cant brush for less than 3 minutes lol

extractions extractions hmm

wow hmm i got 2 teeth extracted today and boy hmm i got one on my right side extracted last week Wednesday and today two on my left hmm every one is different well my both sides a different i guess because last week i didn't feel a thing with the extraction it felt normal no pain just a little bleeding and no swelling but today it pained not to bad and unbearable but i did felt it and it bleed real plenty i went to sleep and when my mum woke me up my entire pillow was filled with blood disgusting right huh i was like dribbling an stuff and my spit was mixed with blood wow and i felt this can of pulsating feeling in my mouth where the tooth were i could actually feeling the blood coming out huh well i went up on the internet and search for how to stop extraction bleeds and i found this really cool thing so you use a tea bag right and mixed it in COLD water an placed in the space by the time the tea bag reach normal temp it shud stop bleeding and it did i wish i knew that before i went to sleep and the pain subsided to but it really wasn't that bad really if you have to get an extraction don;t be afraid it will be over before you know it in fact my dentist is really funny i can remember last week i was really angry because i was sitting on the chair and he was talking and talking and i was like hurry up an pull my tooth already and i dont know why but whenever i go to the dentist every on in the room well ppl that work there always are so fascinated by my mouth they always watching inside it and stuff anyways i was really angry it was kinda em brassing cause i was like dribbling on dey where watching and i was like cm'on why you have to be like that but this time around it was really funny cause he said my teeth are really big and was like making funny noises an was say all kind of stuff it sounds really immature right any way it distracted me from the pain kinda anyways you must be wondering how i only got 3 extracted so far and in my previous post i said i needed to get 4 pulled out well that other tooth is really stubborn and i have to girt it extracted surgically wow my mouth is really complicated huh anyways the surgery is Friday coming and the yea my braces is going on next week Wednesday if god spares life i can't wait
